Can I use Workspace with a domain registered elsewhere?
Yes. We'll give you the records to add at your current provider, or transfer the domain to us and we do it for you.
Can I mix Workspace and Hostriplex mailboxes?
Not on the same domain — mail for a domain goes to one provider. You can use Workspace on one domain and our email on another.
What happens to my old emails?
We copy folders, contacts and calendars from your previous mailboxes into Gmail as part of the switch. Nothing is lost and nothing bounces.
Can I change the plan or number of users later?
Yes, from your Hostriplex dashboard at any time. Adding a user is billed for the rest of the year; removing one gives a credit.
