Yes. Any yearly hosting plan includes a free .com, .net or .org for the first year. After that it renews at the standard price shown in the table.
Can I buy a domain without hosting?
Yes. Register or transfer a domain on its own and point it wherever you like. You can add hosting or email later from the same account.
What is domain privacy and why is it free?
Every domain owner's contact details are normally published in a public directory. Privacy protection replaces them with ours, so you don't get spam or cold calls. Other registrars charge for it; we include it.
How long does a transfer take?
Usually a few hours once you approve the confirmation email, and at most five days. Your website and email keep working during the transfer.
Can I get a refund on a domain?
Domain registrations are non-refundable because the registry charges us immediately, the same as with every provider. Hosting plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
