Domain transfer
Transfer your domain to Hostriplex
Move your domain in a few steps, keep every day that's left on it, and get a year added at the renewal price. Privacy protection is included, and your website and email keep working throughout.
How it works
Three steps, a few hours to a few days
Unlock and get the code
At your current provider: turn off the transfer lock and request the transfer (EPP) code. We have guides for GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google, Cloudflare and others.
Enter it above
Type the domain, paste the code, confirm. We add a year to the expiry date at the same price as a renewal.
Approve the email
Your current provider sends a confirmation. Click approve and the domain moves to your Hostriplex account, usually within hours.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find what you're looking for? Our team answers on live chat around the clock.
ASK ON LIVE CHATWill my website or email go down during the transfer?
No. A transfer changes who manages the domain, not where it points. Your settings are copied to Hostriplex before the move, so everything keeps working.
How long does a transfer take?
Usually a few hours once you approve the confirmation email, and five days at most if your old provider doesn't release it sooner.
Do I lose the time left on my domain?
No. The remaining time carries over and a year is added on top.
Why can't I transfer a domain I registered last week?
Registries block transfers for 60 days after a registration or a previous transfer. Point it at Hostriplex in the meantime; transfer it after the 60 days.
What is an EPP or authorisation code?
A password your current provider gives you to prove you own the domain. Request it in their control panel (sometimes called an auth code or transfer key) and paste it into the form above.
