Can I keep using Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. Your Hostriplex mailbox works in the Gmail app, Outlook, Apple Mail and any other mail app, as well as our webmail. Set up takes two minutes with a QR code.
Will my emails land in spam?
We set up the records that prove your mail is genuine (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) automatically for every domain, which is what keeps mail out of spam folders. You don't need to know what those are.
How much storage do I get?
10 GB per mailbox, which is years of normal business email. Any single mailbox can be upgraded to 50 GB.
Can I move my old emails over?
Yes. With the free migration on Business and Pro we copy your folders, contacts and history from your old provider. Starter customers can import mail themselves from the webmail settings.
