You send the login
After signing up, send your current host's login (or an export) through the secure form in your dashboard.
We copy and test
Website files, database, email accounts and folders, and domain settings are copied to Hostriplex and checked on a private address.
We switch over together
At a time you choose, the domain is pointed at the new site. The old one keeps serving until the change is everywhere, so nothing goes dark.

Everything: theme, plugins, media, users, settings. The most common migration we do.
Wix, Squarespace, Weebly
These can't be exported directly, so we rebuild the pages in the website builder, matching your content and design.
Shopify and WooCommerce
WooCommerce moves intact. Shopify products, customers and orders come across from a CSV export.
Plain HTML and PHP sites
Files, databases and cron jobs, from any cPanel, Plesk or custom host.
Mailboxes, folders and years of history are copied so nothing is lost and nothing bounces during the move.
Domain
Transfer it to us or leave it where it is and we point it at the new site; your choice.

Your old site stays up until the new one is live everywhere
We don't switch anything until the copy is tested. Then the domain is pointed at Hostriplex while the old host keeps serving visitors who haven't seen the change yet. Email is received in both places during the overlap, and we merge it afterwards.

Yes on Business, Pro and Cloud plans, for one site per plan; additional sites are migrated for a small fee. Starter customers can request a migration for a flat fee.
How long does it take?
Most WordPress and HTML sites are done within one business day. Rebuilds from Wix or Squarespace take two to three days because the pages are recreated.
Will my site be down?
No. The copy is tested on a private address first, and the old site keeps serving until the domain change has reached everyone.
Will my email be interrupted?
No. Mailboxes are copied before the switch, both sides receive mail during the overlap, and we merge anything that arrived on the old side afterwards.
What do you need from me?
Your current host's login (cPanel, Plesk, WordPress admin, or an export file), and the time you'd like the switch-over to happen. That's it.
